Sr. Data Reporting & Development Consultant

A high-performing, growing Microsoft services partner is seeking a Senior Data Reporting & Development Consultant to join its Managed Services consulting team. The consultant will join a distributed Managed Services team to scope, design, and deliver reporting solutions for multiple clients. The role is delivery-focused and client-facing - translating business reporting needs into scalable Power BI and on-prem reporting solutions, owning reporting workstreams, and collaborating with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Details:

• Contract through January (Extension likely)
• $65 - $80 p/hour
• 100% Remote

Core responsibilities

• Scope, design, develop, and deliver client reporting solutions (Power BI, SSRS).
• Translate client business requirements into reporting strategy and technical designs.
• Work with varied data sources and formats to build reliable, repeatable reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to implement cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Present solutions and roadmap recommendations to client stakeholders; provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
• Own delivery for reporting-focused engagements and manage multiple client priorities.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6 years of experience scoping, designing, and delivering reports
• 6 years of experience with PowerBI
• 6 years of experience with SSRS
• 6 years of experience with Power Query
• 5 years of experience with Databricks
• 5 years of experience with Python
• 1 year of experience with Fabric
