Senior NetSuite Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior NetSuite Consultant to deliver high-impact implementations, optimizations, and support services. As a consultant, you'll engage directly with client stakeholders, lead solutions, and ensure adoption of NetSuite best practices. You will operate largely remotely, but occasional travel is required for project phases, training, or executive reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Perform gap analyses and process mapping to identify improvements in finance, procurement, order-to-cash, inventory, and operations.

• Configure and maintain NetSuite modules (Financials, Inventory, Order Management, SuiteBilling, etc.) to meet client needs.

• Design and build saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations (SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics).

• Partner with technical resources (developers, integration engineers) to oversee SuiteScript customizations, API integrations, and data migrations.

• Conduct training, user support, and change management activities for client teams post-go-live.

• Offer ongoing advisory services: continuous optimization, upgrade planning, performance tuning.

• Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

• Ensure documentation, test scripts, solution design specs, and knowledge transfer deliverables are completed.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience, with multiple full-cycle implementations.

• Strong domain knowledge across finance/accounting, procurement, order-to-cash, inventory, and supply chain processes.

• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics/Saved Search, SuiteScript, and data migration tools.

• Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Excellent communication skills; comfort interfacing with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders.

• Self-starter, organized, capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation) strongly preferred.

• Travel flexibility to support client engagements on-site when needed (25%).
