Tech Lead - Hybrid - Warwickshire - C# .Net/Azure - £60,000 - £70,000

The Role

An exciting company who produce a range of technical solutions to the supply chain sector are looking for a talented Tech Lead to take ownership of their core products and guide a growing team of developers.

You'll lead a small, skilled development team (3 - 5 people), collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As Tech Lead, you'll remain hands on in the codebase, setting the technical direction, defining best practices, and delivering high quality software solutions.

You'll play a key role in shaping architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and influencing the future of the company's technology roadmap. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Developer or Lead Developer who wants to take the next step in their leadership journey, with a clear pathway toward future Head of Engineering or CTO positions.

Requirements

• Strong background as a Software Developer (C# .NET, SQL, Azure) with experience leading or mentoring teams
• Proven experience leading projects, conducting code reviews, and guiding technical delivery
• Comfortable liaising with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Desirables

• Supply Chain / Logistics industry experience
• Experience working with Azure-based architectures
