The Role

A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join their team. Acting as the vital link between customers, stakeholders, and the product team, you'll be responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive impactful product outcomes.

In this role, you'll gather and analyse customer feedback, map business processes, document requirements, and work closely with the product team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet user needs. You'll play a key part in ensuring alignment between business goals, customer expectations, and technical capabilities - helping shape the product roadmap and overall user experience.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, communication, and collaboration, with a strong understanding of both business needs and technical delivery. It's a hands-on role that sits at the core of product success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Tech-Focused or SaaS environment in a Business Analysis, Product, or customer-facing role
• Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Experience using HubSpot, Aha, Salesforce, or similar tools for data and requirements tracking
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and manage stakeholder expectations
• Resilient under pressure, able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying process or product improvements
• A collaborative approach with a focus on delivering real business value

Desirables

• Experience working within a SaaS or product-led environment
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and product feedback prioritisation processes
